To awaken your Light Body is to awaken energy centers in your being that will give you new skills of mastery over your mind, your emotions, your physical body, your spiritual bodies -- even life situations and circumstances. These centers are definite and real, and are a totally new addition to the human energy field. As you explore these energy centers, you can experience new levels of harmony, flow, creativity, new ideas, telepathic connections to others, deep love and compassion, bliss, and many more expanded states of consciousness that are beyond description.The Light Body course will teach you how to be aware of very subtle levels of energy -- high, fine, and beautiful frequencies. You will be learning enlightened states of consciousness that will become easier and easier for you to attain. As you play in these higher spaces, you are learning how energy operates in the higher dimensions. Awakening your Light Body can assist you in having a clearer vision of what you are here to do, lifting the veils so you can see more of your purpose and who you are. As you begin to hold and radiate more light, you will draw to yourself opportunities to make a difference in the world. If you are teaching or working with others, it will help your work to have a more profound effect and make you magnetic to clients and students. If you are a healer or counselor, it will allow you to set a space that will make it easier for others to make the changes they have been wanting to make. If you are a writer, musician, artist, or in any creative field it can assist you in achieving the illumined states necessary to bring through your work. As you awaken your Light Body you will bring your personality into greater contact with your Expanded Self or Soul, and begin to more fully manifest your life purpose on your own unique path.
Many of you will experience increased psychic abilities and clairvoyance. You will be able to more deeply and fully connect with your guide and the higher dimensions, and gain greater mastery with expanded states of consciousness. You may find greater awareness of, and ability to navigate in, your dreams. You will develop a stronger heart and telepathic connection with all life, including the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms.
Awakening your Light Body allows you to have greater choice about your emotions and mind. You will learn how to regulate the energy you bring in, to use all the energy around you to go higher, harmonizing with and transmuting "denser" energies while staying calm and centered. You can create states of inner illumination, mental clarity, and an open heart at will. You can free yourself from deeply rooted and self-defeating ways of interaction. You can attain deep states of forgiveness and compassion that allow you to release people and events that you couldn't let go of before. You can learn how to work with the Light Body energies for physical healing and increased vitality and vibrancy. Some people begin to look and feel younger. Awakening your Light Body can make an enormous difference in your personal relationships. As you run a higher, more beautiful energy through your body, people will act and think in higher, more loving ways around you without your convincing or trying to change them. You can enhance energy in intimate relationships, family gatherings, business meetings, even stores and banks; people can move higher just by being around you.
Working with these centers can enhance any other path or techniques you are using and enjoy. As you awaken your Light Body you become your Higher Self in more and more areas of your life. You will learn about power, responsibility, nonjudgement and respect. Your ability to manifest what you want and need will increase; you can take much less action in the world of form, yet achieve results more effectively, with less effort. This does not necessarily mean that your life will look like your personality now thinks it should. Enlightenment is a continual process of growth and unfoldment. You will begin to view your life from higher perspectives, making wiser choices and creating higher forms of what you want.
As you play in the higher energy spaces of your Light Body, you are adding qualities like clarity, balance, harmony and flow to your aura. As you do, you will see them start manifesting in your life. As you make your energy more flowing, beautiful and clear, it will change what you manifest and draw to you. It will change your circumstances, relationships, thoughts, feelings, perceptions and more. Everything will begin to reflect the greater clarity, harmony and balance you are becoming at an energy level.
Awakening Your Light Body is a path to enlightenment and living life on earth as your Higher Self. The expanded states of consciousness we will access, and which you will learn how to recreate at will, make this an accelerated course in spiritual growth. As old issues come up to be transformed, you will have new skills to work through them more rapidly and calmly. You will be undertaking a path that can allow you to clear all karma in this lifetime.

The Light Body material was originally given by DaBen and Orin, channeled by Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman of LuminEssence. Orin and DaBen no longer teach these classes through Sanaya and Duane, but have made a six-volume audio cassette home-study course, and continue to work through other Light Body teachers they have empowered to transmit these frequencies. We create a space that deeply enhances your ability to sense, play with, and re-create the Light Body frequencies, enabling you to go farther and faster with greater ease. Also, in a live workshop setting, you can ask questions as they come up, get immediate feedback, and bond deeply with others who are sharing this path of awakening with you. In the live course, you will learn in one weekend what typically takes six to eight weeks to learn by yourself with the home-study course. You receive valuable information based on my own and others personal experiences of using and teaching these energies. When appropriate, I will also offer special coaching on some of the issues that come up for you in class. In addition, I tailor the classes specifically to you, based on your enrollment questionnaire and your ongoing journal notes. Each cycle I teach is slightly different, depending on the energy of those in your group.

The weekends are scheduled aproximately 4 to 5 weeks apart.
Classes are usually from 10:00a.m. to approximately 6:00p.m.Classes will include guided meditations to awaken the vibrational and Light Body centers; discourses on integrating and applying these new energies into the issues and structures of your life; gentle stretching; and some partner exercises. During class, we will have plenty of time for questions and sharing.
1st Weekend: Setting Up the Power Base
July 13, 14, 15You will learn the first four Vibrational Energy Body centers which form the power base for your Light Body. These centers regulate the amount of energy you take in from your environment, change less harmonious energies into higher ones, and affect flow in the physical and emotional bodies.
Among the many topics covered will be: physical and emotional self-healing; setting a space to help others make a shift; forgiveness--clearing your aura; evolving and aligning subpersonalities; age regression and untangling old patterns; allowing universal energy and intelligence to move through you; experiencing life purpose as energy; and becoming a master.
2nd Weekend: Activating Your Higher Energy Centers
August 10, 11, 12You will learn the upper three Vibrational Energy Body centers, which assist you in awakening your higher mind for increased inner vision, telepathic awareness, and heightened creativity. From here, you can take your awareness through time, into the past and into the future. You will learn how to stop mental chatter, go into the void, and energize thoughts and beliefs. You can explore the gridwork of light that connects and underlies all living things. You will learn how to work with relationship and abundance issues as energy, bringing abundance and love into your life more easily.
3rd Weekend: Interdimensional Awareness
September 14, 15You will use the Vibrational Energy Body centers to explore dimensions of great light and radiance, where practical lessons about being a master take experiential form. This is not out-of-body or Astral Travel, but learning to change your frequency to become aware of the dimensions your Higher Self and soul exist in, and interact with very high Masters from these dimensions. These beings can show you more of your potential -- new skills and perspectives that contribute to your mastery in this dimension. You will be able to tap into the assistance that is available in these higher realms for practical support with daily concerns, as well as spiritual enlightenment.
(Most of the material in this third weekend is not part of the home-study tape course. If money is a problem, you can omit or postpone this weekend.)
4th Weekend: Awakening Your Light Body
October 5, 6, 7You will awaken the three Light Body centers, which enable you to experience yourself more fully as a God-conscious being. With these centers you can experience expanded levels of enlightenment, opening more fully the doorway to your expanded Self, and experiencing your soul's (and even higher) reality. You will learn how to soul-link with others in a powerful way, and how light and energy are transmitted to others. You will explore more directly the consciousness of the planet, your connection to the All-That-Is, and your part in the larger plan. You will learn how to navigate in the higher dimensions of your consciousness and bring that light back into your physical body, your waking mind, your emotions and your earthly circumstances.

Commitments:
Awakening your Light Body is a big leap. To facilitate your learning, we ask for the following commitments from you as part of your agreement to participate: First: to attend all weekends, and be present for all class times. Second: that you use the tapes of the processes at least 3-5 times a week (or, perhaps every day, depending on your progress and preferences). We will give you the tapes shortly after class. Third: that you take notes on some of your experiences and send us summaries (or photo copies) of your notes along with your tuition installments. These summaries can be brief or long; their purpose is to assist you in articulating your process and seeing your growth, and to allow us to serve you more fully. There are no right or wrong answers; these summaries are not a test. Fourth: that you begin or continue some form of regular physical exercise at least 3-5 times a week. This will help you integrate the energies. The exercises can be whatever appeals to you. Fifth: that you not share the techniques with anyone until you have completed the entire series and have an understanding of the whole system. This can be a real challenge! It is natural to want to share something that works so powerfully, and you will see many people who can benefit from this work. However, effective transmission of these energies requires you to have a fully awakened Light Body, or else you will not be able to awaken all of the frequencies and energies in others. If you sponsor someone before you have the Light Body centers up and running smoothly, you can find yourself overwhelmed (energetically), and you will not be able to provide the level and quality of support that your students need in order to succeed in this material. In the last weekend, we will go over the steps you can take to become a teacher or sponsor. Sixth: to experiment and play with applying these energies in your everyday life.

Tuition
Tuition is $750 for all three weekends, plus a $25 fee for materials. You can pay a deposit of $275, and three installments of $250, each payment due two weeks before the start of each weekend. Your tuition includes three weekend intensives, plus high quality audio cassette albums of the processes taught in class, tailored especially for you and your group (usually 12 to 16 guided journeys per weekend, recorded complete with stereo background music); and the official LuminEssence Light Body manuscript that will serve as a source document.
We ask you to send in your enrollment form as soon as possible. In addition to being extremely helpful to me, many people discover that the course begins for them as soon as they commit to it -- inner shifts and clearing to prepare for the course begin once you firmly make the commitment to be in it. Also, when you enroll in the course with me, Theodore and I will begin sending you energy support on the inner planes during the time you are learning the material, to assist you in successfully taking this quantum leap. This inner planes support helps make your learning process smoother and fuller.
